R. Stephen Harley, M.D.

Board Certified and specializing in comprehensive spine surgery, joint replacements, arthroscopic treatment of the shoulder and knee, scoliosis and Workers Compensation injuries.  Studies completed at the University of California, San Francisco, Medical University of South Carolina, and Georgia Institute of Technology, Department of Chemical Engineering.

He studied in Russia with Dr. Ilizarov to master the technique for Limb Lengthening and Deformity Corrections.

Dr. Harley is an avid snow skier who also enjoys river rafting, computers, and wing shooting.
